Overview
An established Northampton manufacturer is looking for an electronics design engineer to take mixed-signal designs from concept to compliance.
You will own schematics, direct layout and see designs through EMC testing and production introduction.
The opportunity
- Produce schematics and direct PCB layout in Altium.
- Specify components with cost, lifecycle and supply in mind.
- Prepare for and support EMC and safety compliance testing.
- Work with manufacturing on test fixtures and production introduction.
About you
- 3+ years of commercial analogue and digital design.
- Experience taking a board through EMC testing.
- Understanding of design for manufacture.
