You will lead a group of fourteen across firmware, hardware and test, owning delivery, capability planning and technical direction.
The opportunity
- Lead and develop a multi-discipline embedded engineering group.
- Own delivery planning across concurrent product programmes.
- Set technical direction alongside the principal engineers.
- Build the hiring plan and raise engineering standards.
About you
- Line management experience within an embedded or electronics team.
- A strong hands-on background before moving into leadership.
- Track record of delivering hardware-software products.
